DHIFI works with companies of all sizes to create presentations and programs for employees and, if desired, their families. These “Flaunt It” programs advance understanding and respect for employees’ visible and invisible differences and contribute to a culture of acceptance in the workplace.
DHIFI is also a key resource that provides programming to Employee Resource Groups.
DHIFI’s programs can be customized to meet business and/or corporate foundation priorities and objectives, and presentations can be simulcast to multiple corporate locations. Flaunt It programs are available in person or virtually.
100% of fees from corporate programs are used to support DHIFI’s SEL and empathy-building programs for kids and teens.

DHIFI came to Celgene’s annual Bring Your Child to Work Day, and Meg delivered one of the best sessions of the day. Meg and her team developed a customized presentation and workshop that fit our audience and time. Her presentation was engaging, and the children had the chance for hands-on participation to embrace the message of DHIFI. Participants let me know how much they enjoyed her workshop, and Meg’s impact was so great that we rehired her soon after to be a keynote speaker for one of our employee events. We all need more of these opportunities to learn how to express, appreciate, understand, and leverage our differences.
