Inclusion and Belonging Programs

DHIFI, created by Meg Zucker, is more than a nonprofit; it’s the realization of a personal journey toward self-acceptance. Harnessing the collective experiences of their family with conspicuous differences, Meg and her husband-who share an unusual genetic condition-have inspired DHIFI to grow into a community where celebrating differences is the norm. Since its early days, DHIFI has grown into a force full of energy, empowering academic facilities, families, and individuals to embrace and showcase the qualities that make them unique, thereby transforming obstacles into chances for growing and feeling empowered as an individual.

Sel Program For Corporations

There are many reasons when it comes to a belonging program for students, DHIFI stands out. As well as these efforts, DHIFI is focused on eradicating bullying, with techniques that include:

  • Encouraging a culture of compassion: When empathy and understanding are nurtured, bullying has no home.
  • Cultivating empathy: Assisting students in seeing the world through the perspectives of others, we reduce the likelihood of exclusionary behaviors.
