Inclusion Programs

DHIFI, created by Meg Zucker, is more than a nonprofit; it’s the realization of a personal journey toward self-acceptance. Meg and her husband, both with a unique genetic condition impacting their limbs, have three children, two of whom inherited the condition, forging a family deeply aware of the importance of accepting noticeable differences. DHIFI started as an idea’s seed and in the time that has followed has grown into a thriving community, where educational institutions and families are given the encouragement they need to flaunt their differences, transforming potential barriers into opportunities for empowerment.

Sel Program For High Schools

There’s a large number of reasons why we stand out at DHIFI for an inclusion program for students. Belonging programs are a vital part of our work at DHIFI, focusing on initiatives that enhance inclusion and belonging.:

  • Advocating for benevolence: Mutual comprehension helps make the environment unsuitable for bullying.
  • Establishing empathy: Guiding students to understand various perspectives decreases the incidence of exclusion.
