SEL Activities

Thinking about DHIFI for a SEL curriculum for summer camps? Our organization, established by Meg Zucker, was born from a personal journey and is committed to promoting acceptance of one’s self. With the individual insight of living with a unique genetic condition affecting her and her husband’s limbs, and with two of their three children that have inherited the condition, Meg has steered DHIFI into a platform that celebrates visible differences. From its inception, DHIFI has flourished into a vibrant community, inspiring schools, families, and individuals to celebrate their differences only, turning things that were perceived as obstacles into springboards for growth and empowerment.

A Inclusion Program For Organizations

There’s a large number of reasons when it comes to a SEL curriculum for students, DHIFI stands out. Moreover, at the forefront of our efforts at DHIFI are inclusion and belonging programs that add richness to educational experiences and build an accepting atmosphere.:

  • Advocating for benevolence: Mutual comprehension makes the environment unsuitable for bullying.
  • Cultivating empathy: By assisting students in seeing the world through the perspectives of others, we lessen the likelihood of behaviors that are exclusionary.
