A proponent of inclusion and inclusion, Meg Zucker is president and founder of Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It. She has learned celebrate her differences, being born with a genetic condition known as ectrodactyly. Helping others do the same is something she has committed her life to. She has had a legal career that has spanned decades and has dedicated herself personally to building empathy and acceptance wherever and whenever possible. These insights have enabled her inspire people to celebrate the things that make them unique. With her leadership and vision, DHIFI keeps offer children and adults alike the motivation they need to be true to themselves and embrace what makes them unique.

This is the reason we urge these discussions. These conversations aren’t just about embracing differences — they’re about honoring them. Our programs help students understand that their differences are something to be proud of and that everyone’s story deserves to be shared and appreciated.

Get To Know You Activities For The Classroom

To promote acceptance activities for elementary school . Participants can submit artwork, stories, or photos that reflect their individuality through the Project Flaunt Hub. This platform enables students to flaunt what makes them unique, creating a space where they can celebrate their uniqueness and motivate others to follow. During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience. Sharing stories about those who go through life with visible and invisible differences made us aware that we all face difficulties and challenges in many ways, but together, through education and awareness, we can be compassionate, loving and caring to everyone, no matter the trials and tribulations ahead.
