A SEL Curriculum For Companies

We take a SEL program for educators very seriously at DHIFI. Our inclusion programs at DHIFI are crafted to create inclusive spaces where everybody feels valued and respected. We work with schools, community organizations, and corporations to deliver workshops and presentations highlighting the importance of inclusion. A variety of aspects of inclusion are addressed in our programs. This includes both things you can see like physical disabilities and invisible ones including learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Anti-Bullying Activities

At DHIFI, we are dedicated to providing bullying prevention curriculum for organizations. Many have unfortunately experienced first-hand the prevalence of bullying in so many educational settings. We strive to promote understanding and empathy among students, believing this problem can be combated. Bullying behavior isn’t just capable of being recognized but additionally addressed with the tools and strategies we provide. This helps create an environment that is built on safety and support. When the importance of respecting differences is highlighted, a feeling of responsibility is developed in students that leads them to create a community that is bully-free. Discover the benefit of bullying prevention initiatives for organizations by getting involved in our mission.

Bullying Prevention School Assemblies

At Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It, our social emotional learning programs are brought to life through inspiring school assemblies that ignite empathy, inner awareness, and community. Whether themed around anti-bullying, disability support, or inclusivity, each assembly invites students to see themselves – and their peers – in a different perspective. By combining personal narrative, participatory dialogue, and reflective exercises, we empower students to recognize their own individual traits and those of others. They do more than teaching by fueling genuine student action and fostering long-term inclusivity in school communities. Looking to bring this impactful program to your students?

Send us a message anytime to organize an assembly that encourages every student to flaunt what makes them special.

Anti-Bullying Workshop For Companies

At DHIFI, we’re dedicated to advancing our mission with a SEL curriculum for students in many ways.

  • School Programs: Inclusion and SEL education are integrated into the curriculum through our school programs. Students are engaged in substantive discussions concerning acceptance and respect through these programs, which include workshops, classroom activities, and assemblies.

Testimonials

During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience. Sharing stories about those who go through life with visible and invisible differences made us aware that we all face difficulties and challenges in many ways, but together, through education and awareness, we can be compassionate, loving and caring to everyone, no matter the trials and tribulations ahead.

When the U.S. Embassy in Israel hosted Meg Zucker as a Distinguished American Speaker in 2015, the audiences she spoke and met with were deeply inspired by her personal story, her effective advocacy, and the early success of Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It.  Her appearance made a huge impact with advocates for inclusion and acceptance which still resonates today with those who met her.

Daniel Shapiro

former U.S. Ambassador to Israel

Meg is an energetic and engaging speaker who inspires all who meet her with her life story of growing up with a blatant physical difference and parenting kids who share her difference.   Her message of “the things that make me different make me, me” is heartfelt and impactful and resonates with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.  Meg’s mission of building acceptance, tolerance, and empathy is more important now than ever before.  Everyone who has the pleasure of hearing Meg’s story and her vision will be better for it.
