Learn About The Power of a Belonging Program for Organizations

Through SEL programs for the workplace, we aim to promote tolerance and mutual respect at Don’t Hide It Flaunt It. Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It (DHIFI) considers that accepting and celebrating our unique differences is an extremely powerful act. Through engaging activities and programs, promoting acceptance, understanding, mutual respect and tolerance for observable and unseen differences is our mission.

Belonging Activities

At the heart of our efforts at DHIFI is Social Emotional Learning (SEL). We’ve developed programs for children and teens to make sure they get the assistance they require to experience relationships that are healthier, increased empathy, and a boost to their confidence. We offer an array of SEL activities tailored to foster an inclusive environment in schools, communities, and corporate settings. To foster a culture of empathy and acceptance, students are encouraged to understand and appreciate the qualities that make themselves and others special with activities like these. Get To Know You Activities For Families

Project Flaunt is the perfect place to get started when you are trying to find welcome activities for families . The ‘Get To Know You’ activities we have created are the ideal chance for promoting the forging of deeper connections between students. Opportunities to open up are created by these activities, giving students the opportunity to open up about themselves and find out about the experiences of others. This ensures a classroom that’s more supportive and inclusive. Students obtain a better understanding of inclusion and create stronger bonds between each other through these interactions. If you’re interested in the potential of an inclusion curriculum, why not get started today?

An Inclusion Program Curriculum For Organizations

We take an inclusion curriculum for students very seriously at DHIFI. DHIFI’s inclusion programs are crafted to create inclusive spaces where everyone feels respected and valued. We work with schools, community organizations, and businesses to deliver workshops and presentations highlighting the importance of inclusion. From things you can see like physical disabilities to ones you can’t see such as learning disabilities and mental health issues, our programs address many different aspects of inclusion.

Anti-Bullying Programs

At DHIFI, we’re dedicated to offering bullying awareness initiatives for corporations. Many have unfortunately experienced the prevalence of bullying in educational settings of all kinds. Our anti-bullying activities aim to combat this problem by promoting empathy and understanding among students. Bullying behavior can be not only recognized but also addressed with the strategies and tools we provide. This assists in creating an environment that is built on safety and support. When the importance of respecting differences is emphasized, a sense of responsibility is developed in students that results in them creating a community that’s bully-free. Testimonials

During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience. Sharing stories about those who go through life with visible and invisible differences made us aware that we all face difficulties and challenges in many ways, but together, through education and awareness, we can be compassionate, loving and caring to everyone, no matter the trials and tribulations ahead.

When the U.S. Embassy in Israel hosted Meg Zucker as a Distinguished American Speaker in 2015, the audiences she spoke and met with were deeply inspired by her personal story, her effective advocacy, and the early success of Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It.  Her appearance made a huge impact with advocates for inclusion and acceptance which still resonates today with those who met her.

Daniel Shapiro

former U.S. Ambassador to Israel

Meg is an energetic and engaging speaker who inspires all who meet her with her life story of growing up with a blatant physical difference and parenting kids who share her difference.   Her message of “the things that make me different make me, me” is heartfelt and impactful and resonates with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.  Meg’s mission of building acceptance, tolerance, and empathy is more important now than ever before.  Everyone who has the pleasure of hearing Meg’s story and her vision will be better for it.
