An Inclusion Program Curriculum For Military Families

We take a SEL program for universities very seriously at DHIFI. Bullying Awareness Training

We’re dedicated to advancing our mission of a social emotional learning curriculum for educators in many ways at DHIFI.

  • School Programs: Our programs for schools are designed to integrate inclusion and SEL education into the curriculum. Students are engaged in meaningful discussions about respect and acceptance through these programs, which include classroom activities, workshops, and assemblies.
  • Community Programs: Our goal is to extend our reach beyond the classroom by working with community organizations, summer camps, faith-based groups, and other non-profits. Having communities that are inclusive that celebrate inclusion and promote understanding is the goal of these programs.
  • Corporate Programs: In the business sector, we offer Inclusion, and Belonging presentations and training sessions that assist companies in creating more inclusive workplaces. These programs are created to address the specific needs of each organization, promoting a culture among employees that’s based acceptance and respect.

During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience. Sharing stories about those who go through life with visible and invisible differences made us aware that we all face difficulties and challenges in many ways, but together, through education and awareness, we can be compassionate, loving and caring to everyone, no matter the trials and tribulations ahead.
