Our goal at Don’t Hide It Flaunt It is encouraging tolerance and acceptance with the help of an inclusion and belonging program for students. Here DHIFI, we want to bring about a world where the individuality of each young person is not simply recognized but also celebrated. Giving adolescents and children the confidence they need to embrace their individuality and stand proudly with confidence is our mission at DHIFI. The work we do helps young people grow into individuals who are compassionate and confident. We provide a inclusion of programs for schools, universities, communities, and corporate settings to this end.

Inclusion Programs

At the heart of DHIFI is our commitment to SEL activities for high schools. This includes giving younger individuals instruction regarding emotional intelligence, goal-setting, empathy, relationship-building, and prudent decision-making. At DHIFI, we increase the scope of SEL by motivating students to take pride in their special qualities with programs that highlight individualism.

  • Exchanging narratives: Students bolster their self-confidence and dismantle social boundaries that typically result in bullying, by recounting their own life stories.
  • Accentuating individuality: We educate students that their diverse characteristics are merits rather than inadequacies.

We champion the acceptance of oneself and others and promote individual respect from different walks of life, ensuring everyone is aware they have a place, regardless of the differences they have.

Icebreaker Activities For Families

Bullying Prevention Workshop For Universities

DHIFI, created by Meg Zucker, is more than a nonprofit; it’s the embodiment of a personal journey toward self-acceptance. During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience. Sharing stories about those who go through life with visible and invisible differences made us aware that we all face difficulties and challenges in many ways, but together, through education and awareness, we can be compassionate, loving and caring to everyone, no matter the trials and tribulations ahead.
