Disability Acceptance Initiatives For Students

At DHIFI, we’re dedicated to advancing our mission with inclusion and belonging workshop for high schools in many ways.

  • School Programs: Our programs for schools are designed to integrate SEL and inclusion education into the curriculum. Workshops, classroom activities, and assemblies are simply a few of the ways we work to engage students in substantive discussions regarding topics like respect and acceptance.

During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience.
