A SEL Curriculum

Promoting an SEL curriculum is among the centerpieces of DHIFI’s efforts. We’ve developed programs for children and teens to ensure they receive the help they need to experience healthy relationships, increased empathy, and a boost to their confidence. We strive to foster inclusive environments in various locations, including schools, communities, and even corporate settings and offer a range of SEL activities to achieve this. An Inclusion Program For Universities

We take an inclusion program for educators very seriously at DHIFI. At DHIFI, our belief is that everybody deserves to feel respected and valued, which is the reason we strive to create more inclusive spaces through our inclusion programs. Disability Awareness Activities

We’re dedicated to advancing our mission of social emotional learning activities for educators in a variety of ways at DHIFI.

  • School Programs: Our school programs are designed to integrate SEL and inclusion education into the curriculum. These programs include workshops, classroom activities, and assemblies where students are engaged in substantive discussions about acceptance and respect.

This program is designed to help kids and teens build self-confidence, empathy and healthy relationship skills.

During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience. Sharing stories about those who go through life with visible and invisible differences made us aware that we all face difficulties and challenges in many ways, but together, through education and awareness, we can be compassionate, loving and caring to everyone, no matter the trials and tribulations ahead.
