At Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It, our goal is to promote social emotional learning initiatives for middle schools to help people celebrate their individuality. At Don’t Hide It Flaunt It (DHIFI), we believe in the power of accepting uniqueness and nurturing environments where every individual can feel recognized, heard, and valued. Through our range of programs, our goal is to promote tolerance, empathy, and self-confidence for students from diverse backgrounds.

An Inclusion Program Program

We believe that emotional support training for military families is truly capable of making a difference in the world. At the core of DHIFI’s work is Social Emotional Learning. The aim of SEL is to assist students in better understanding their emotions, building interpersonal skills, and making informed decisions, with a focus on students. Increasing awareness of the experiences of others, encouraging the building of strong teams and encouraging enhanced communication are simply several advantages of SEL activities. The social skills necessary for personal success and scholastic success can be laid with these activities as they help build stronger connections. We also focus on inclusion programs for students together with social emotional learning activities. At DHIFI, we work hard to ensure that everybody feels like they belong, no matter their race, gender, abilities, or background. Emotional Support Program Bullying Prevention Workshop For Educators

Bullying is often caused by an absence of understanding and respect, which is the reason we are so committed to anti-bullying initiatives for universities. Through interactive activities and open discussions, we tackle the root causes of bullying and ensure students are equipped with strategies for speaking up against it. Providing students with the tools and awareness needed to spot bullying behaviors in their communities and to oppose them, we emphasize kindness, respect, and empathy. This program is designed to help kids and teens build self-confidence, empathy and healthy relationship skills.

We work with community organizations, summer camps, faith-based organizations, and other non-profits.

During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience.
