Discover The Benefits of a Inclusion Curriculum for Organizations

Promoting an inclusion program for educators to foster tolerance and acceptance is what we’re all about at DHIFI. DHIFI’s vision is a society that does not merely acknowledge but actively celebrates every child’s unique qualities. Our mission is to give children and adolescents the confidence they need to accept their unique characteristics and stand proudly with confidence. Our endeavors are essential in helping young people grow into confident and compassionate individuals. We develop initiatives for a variety of institutions, such as schools, higher education centers, local communities and businesses.

Inclusion And Belonging Activities

At the heart of DHIFI is the dedication we have to social emotional learning activities for organizations. We strive to teach young minds the ways to process their emotions, come up with positive goals, express empathy, make responsible decisions and forge meaningful relationships. At DHIFI, we increase the scope of SEL by inspiring students to embrace their special characteristics with programs that highlight individualism.

  • Story sharing: By sharing their personal experiences, students gain confidence and tackle the barriers that often lead to bullying.
  • Accentuating distinctiveness: We educate students that their various traits are advantages rather than inadequacies.

Championing self-acceptance and the acceptance of others, promoting regard for various backgrounds, and guaranteeing a feeling of belonging for everyone, no matter their uniqueness, are key parts of our goal.

Testimonials

During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience. Sharing stories about those who go through life with visible and invisible differences made us aware that we all face difficulties and challenges in many ways, but together, through education and awareness, we can be compassionate, loving and caring to everyone, no matter the trials and tribulations ahead.
