Bullying Awareness Workshop

We advance our mission of inclusivity workshops for educators in many ways at DHIFI.

  • School Programs: Through our programs for schools, SEL and inclusion education are integrated into the curriculum. Students are engaged in meaningful discussions regarding respect and acceptance through these programs, which include classroom activities, workshops, and assemblies.
  • Community Programs: Our goal is to extend our reach past school environments by collaborating with community organizations, summer camps, faith-based groups, and other non-profits. These programs strive to build inclusive communities that promote understanding and celebrate inclusion.
  • Corporate Programs: Our goal is to expand our reach to the corporate sector as well. As part of this goal, Inclusion, and Belonging presentations and training sessions are offered so that more inclusive workspaces are capable of being created by companies. These programs are tailored to address the specific needs of each organization, promoting a culture of respect and acceptance among employees.

During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience.
