My Type One Diabetes By Paisley Ziller (Age 9)

My name is Paisley and I am 9 years old. I was diagnosed with Type One Diabetes when I was just 2 years old. My t1d makes me different but I don’t let it stop me from being who I am! I created this collage to show a snapshot of my t1d. I chose pictures that show both sides of type one, the good and the bad.

It has made me who I am today, which is BRAVE, STRONG, and UNSTOPPABLE.

I embrace my differences and hope to inspire others. Diabetes is tough, but I am tougher!
