An Inclusion Curriculum For Companies

Together with social emotional learning activities, we additionally focus on a inclusion program for the workplace. Our Inclusion programs are designed to create environments where every individual can feel they are included, no matter their race, gender, abilities, or background. Disability Support Program Disability Acceptance Workshops For Universities

Bullying is often caused by an absence of understanding and respect, which is the reason we’re so focused to disability awareness programs for universities. We strive to tackle bullying’s core issues and ensure students are equipped with strategies to take action against it when they encounter it daily. This is done via candid discussions and interactive programs. We emphasize the importance of empathy, respect, and kindness, helping students to recognize and oppose bullying behaviors when they’re encountered in their communities. This program is designed to help kids and teens build self-confidence, empathy and healthy relationship skills.

During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience. Sharing stories about those who go through life with visible and invisible differences made us aware that we all face difficulties and challenges in many ways, but together, through education and awareness, we can be compassionate, loving and caring to everyone, no matter the trials and tribulations ahead.
