At Don’t Hide It Flaunt It (DHIFI), we believe in the power of fostering individuality and building environments where every individual can feel seen, valued and heard. With our range of programs, we aim to encourage inclusion, empathy, and self-confidence for people from all walks of life.

An Inclusion Program Program

We believe that social emotional learning programs for military families is truly capable of making a difference in the world. At the core of our work at DHIFI is Social Emotional Learning. SEL provides individuals – students in particular – with the tools to understand and control their emotions, build strong social connections, and improve decision-making skills. SEL activities offer a lot of benefits for individuals and teams alike. A few examples include better communication, increased empathy, and stronger team building. These exercises help participants connect with themselves and others, building the foundational social skills necessary for achievement, both personally and academically. Inclusion Programs For Companies

In addition to social emotional learning activities, we additionally focus on a inclusion curriculum for students. Fostering spaces where each individual feels a sense of inclusion, regardless of their gender, race, abilities, or background is the aim of our Inclusion programs. More than just inclusion, we promote inclusion and inclusion, with a goal of making sure equal access to the same opportunities. Communities, schools, and corporations are all capable of benefitting from our interactive programs, which cover a wide array of topics.

Anti-Bullying Program Bullying Awareness Training For Universities

Bullying is often the result by a lack of understanding and appreciation, which is why we are so committed to bullying awareness initiatives for organizations. We confront the core issues behind bullying and offer students tools to oppose it through interactive activities and honest discussions. Giving students the tools and knowledge needed to recognize behaviors of bullying around them and to stand against them, we emphasize kindness, respect, and empathy. These programs not only build awareness, they also encourage students to transform into advocates for change, helping foster safer, more supportive environments for everyone. Project Flaunt offers acceptance activity ideas middle school that foster a sense of connection and inclusion. This program is designed to help kids and teens build self-confidence, empathy and healthy relationship skills.

We work with community organizations, summer camps, faith-based organizations, and other non-profits.

During our 2019 annual President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) Symposium, Meg gave an impressionable presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower” which embodied our theme of PCCW Celebrates One Cornell: Diversity and Inclusion.” Not only was Meg’s presentation insightful, thoughtful and impactful, but she captivated the audience. Sharing stories about those who go through life with visible and invisible differences made us aware that we all face difficulties and challenges in many ways, but together, through education and awareness, we can be compassionate, loving and caring to everyone, no matter the trials and tribulations ahead.
